As the energies are preparing for the eclipse this morning, I find that old ideas, thoughts, and belief systems arose this morning. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed, I re-read my past journal entries and that energy came back with vision and clarity, my aha moment arose.

Okay, I see, this is just old energies and beliefs arising with the energy of the eclipse to be released. I have been asking what I can do to use this transformational energy of the eclipse to create lasting change. I have had amazing dreams, visions and releases in so many areas, along with direct guidance and answers to questions and healings.

So for those of you who missed my live Lunar Magic Energy Mapping Class on Monday, I invite you to ask what can you do to take advantage of these amazing transformational energies to create lasting change in your life and business. This is a reminder, when old thought patterns, belief systems and cycles, pup up don’t buy into it. Don’t buy it as yours. One of my favorite set of tools is from Access Consciousness, who does this belong to and return to sender. I invite you to find some physical action you begin to automatically go to when these arise, a set of tools or as I do review my journal entries and then once you are in the awareness just hon them and say I appreciate your protection and I now release you; because you are no longer needed. Return from whence you came.

All programing, cycles and belief systems are patterns that we adopted to keep us safe. As we constantly renew our mind, we are upgrading our belief systems, which uploads new data into our internal operating systems. These replace glitches, changes pathways, creating greater ease and new opportunities. Many times, instead of recognizing that these are coming up to be released as they hit all at once we will sometimes succumb to the energy and step back in those familiar patters because they are comfortable.

This is like forgetting we bought that gorgeous new sweater that makes us feel great but we automatically slip back into the old ratty sweater that has holes in it. It’s ugly and worn but its familiar and comfortable. But does it contribute to the energies you are stepping into or is it an energy that is holding you back? It’s time to discard that outfit or sweater you just thought of and those outdated beliefs that you so comfortably step back into.

What can you change in this eclipse energy? Yes, that…you just thought of it. Play with those energies and switch it up. It’s time for an upgrade today. Take advantage of this transformational eclipse energy. Even though the eclipse occurred this morning, the energies will still be present for another 3 days or so.
