Intention
To reconnect with the body as a sacred vessel of wisdom.
Quote
“Your body remembers what your mind forgets.”
Your body is not something to overcome — it is something to return to. Long before language, your body learned how to listen, respond, and protect. It carries truth in sensation, tension, ease, and breath.
When you come home to your body, you come home to presence. You stop living in abstraction and begin inhabiting your life fully. This week invites you to soften your resistance and treat your body as an ally rather than an obstacle.
The more you listen, the more your body will speak — not in judgment, but in guidance.
Ritual
Place one hand on your belly and one on your heart. Breathe slowly and say:
“I listen to the wisdom of my body.”
Reflection
How do I typically respond to my body’s signals?
Journal Prompts
- Where do I hold tension most often?
- What does my body need more of right now?
- How can I show my body gentler care?
